My journey in logistics starts much like many others - it found me. I began by knocking on doors selling LTL freight, learning in real time where breakdowns occurred and figuring out how to fix them.

Over the next 20 years, I learned that in logistics, we are only ever as good as our last shipment. Our business grew by focusing on accountability and execution, rather than shortcuts and quick wins.

Since transitioning the business, I’ve been able to reflect on what truly drives transitional success. Alignment between teams, frictionless system integration, and prioritizing progress over activity.
