Erin O’Leary is the Director of Information Technology for Shapiro. She is the driving force behind all internal and external technology-based solutions for Shapiro and its customers. From internal products to help improve intraoffice efficiency to supply chain and logistics technologies like CargoWise, Erin is an expert at leveraging technology to meet everyone’s needs. Erin has 14 years of industry expertise, experience in the IT field and is a highly respected voice and leader in the industry. She previously served in IT roles at Janel Group, Domek Logistics and ALPI USA and, more recently, as the Director of Enterprise Services at Scarbrough Global.
