Born in New Zealand & educated in Taiwan & Sydney, Australia where I now live. I founded Kalgin Global Logistics in 1989 at age 22 having worked in the global carrier side as well as the FF side. Kalgin has grown to a team of more than 100 people across 8 offices in 4 countries within the Oceania region. We have a clear strategy to grow the group within & outside the Oceania region with M&A being an integral part of that strategy. We've successfully completed 3 acquisitions and continue to explore deals that align with our culture and strategic direction. I view the current tech/AI environment as presenting (and delivering) huge opportunities for global logistics companies. It's a race to achieve significant economies of scale before our competitors do. That's a race we're embracing with gusto. Our fastest growing team is our Solutions team within our Sydney HQ to help our group achieve those advantages as quickly as possible.
