Mike has partnered with more than 800 organizations globally, led over 180 scaling exercises, and supported 58 successful business exits. He has earned over 85 awards and ranked #1 among 3,000+ search professionals worldwide in 2018–2021 and 2024.
He serves as Board Advisor to multiple private organizations and Strategic Advisor within the Private Equity community, focusing on executive search, organizational strategy, growth, and equity investment advisory.
